π New here? How to read this dashboard
This table shows dividend-paying ETFs β funds that pay you regular income just for holding them. Here's what each column means:
The short code for the ETF (e.g., SCHD, CDZ.TO). A CA badge means it's Canadian, US means American.
The annual dividend as a percentage of the price. A 5% yield means $500/year income per $10,000 invested. Green = normal, orange = high (watch for erosion), red = extreme.
How much the ETF pays you per share each month (estimated). Multiply by the number of shares you own to see your monthly income.
The current market price per share. Updates live when you load the page or click Refresh. Use the FX toggle to switch between USD and CAD.
How much the share price itself changed over the past year. A green percentage means the price grew. Red means the price dropped β the ETF is "eroding." High-yield ETFs often erode.
How much monthly income you'd earn if you invested $10,000 in this ETF. Quick way to compare income potential.
An algorithm-calculated risk score. π‘οΈ Low = safe and stable. π Extreme = high yield but risky β the price may be dropping while it pays you.
How often the ETF pays dividends. Weekly = every week, Monthly = once per month, Quarterly = every 3 months.
