Consensus Rating uses the standard 1–5 scale (1 is best): 1–1.5 Strong Buy 1.5–2.5 Buy 2.5–3.5 Hold 3.5+ Sell

Analysts is how many cover the stock — this page only lists stocks with 5 or more, so a single optimistic voice can't dominate. It also only lists stocks rated Buy or better: a stock that has crashed can show enormous "upside" simply because analysts haven't lowered their stale targets yet — but its rating stays Hold or Sell, so it's filtered out here. Even so, big upside means big risk. This is an educational screen, not a recommendation.
